About Pam
I'm a 36-year old wife, sister and mother of 3. I started this blog after I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma on 2/18/08...Breast Cancer. It helped me immensely as I went through a year of diagnosis, surgeries, chemotherapy, and recovery.

My favorite quote was told to me in college: "I'm so optimistic, I could go after Moby Dick in a rowboat and bring the tartar sauce with me!" When things get rough, I like to visualize a tiny, little boy with big eyes rowing on the open sea, a giant tub of tartar sauce next to him, waiting to take on whatever challenge awaits him over the next swell.
